Join Our Team at Evelie

Evelie is an independent London bridal boutique with locations in Maida Vale and South Kensington. We stock a curated collection of wedding dresses from over ten international designers and focus on creating a calm, personal and memorable experience for every bride who visits our boutiques.

We are looking for part-time Bridal Stylists to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for bridal fashion and is confident guiding customers through an important purchase decision.

As a Bridal Stylist at Evelie, you will lead bridal appointments from start to finish, helping each bride explore our collection and find the wedding dress that feels right for her.

Bridal Stylist Duties

• Run bridal appointments from start to finish
• Guide brides through the wedding dress selection process
• Help brides create their full bridal look by recommending veils, overskirts, tops and accessories
• Prepare the studio before each appointment, including refreshments and dress selections
• Build a warm, relaxed and supportive atmosphere during each appointment
• Take high-quality photos and videos of brides trying on dresses during their appointment
• Develop strong knowledge of our designers, dresses and bridal products
• Maintain a high standard of presentation within the boutique
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while achieving strong sales performance

Bridal Stylist Requirements

• Previous experience in bridal or retail sales is required
• A genuine passion for bridal fashion and styling
• Excellent people skills and confidence working closely with customers
• Ability to quickly build trust and make brides feel comfortable
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• A professional, warm and polished manner
• Interest in working in a small, independent bridal boutique environment
• Photography or video skills are an advantage
• Willingness (not essential) to participate in occasional in-store photoshoots for social media

Training and Development

We offer ongoing paid training to help develop your skills and product knowledge.

Training may include:

• Bridal styling, including silhouettes, fabrics, construction and fit
• Photography and video techniques for capturing brides during appointments
• Improving the bridal appointment experience
• Continuous coaching and feedback to refine styling and sales skills

Availability

• Available to work at least 3 half-days and 2 full days per week
• Available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), and sometimes both
• Willing to work across both Evelie locations: Maida Vale and South Kensington

Compensation

• £12.50 per hour
• Wedding dress sales commission
